    3. Is Keltner a well known name in Christian County? Some of my Wests married Keltners in the 1890s. My gg-grandmother was Missouri Tennessee West (from Nixa) and her sister Minnie married J.C. Keltner and their brother William Luther West married Macy Keltner. Since they are not my direct line I have not researched them, but I would assume that J.C. and Macy are from the same Keltner family.
