Since I had a KELTNER/BLEDSOE connection in my Christian County family, I am trying to get everyone clear in my records. Nancy Angeline "Babe" KELTNER, wife of Hale Franklin BLEDSOE, had a sister named Elizabeth Cooper KELTNER, born 1846. Wondering whether the two Elizabeths might be one and the same. Thanks!
