    3. Hi, everyone! I am also researching a GARRISON. I have an Esther/Easter/Hetty GARRISON who married Abraham Shipman in Crawford County, MO in 1835. They lived in Christian County, MO and Esther was still with him in the 1870 Federal Census. By 1879, Esther had evidently passed away, as Abraham married a Phoebe Sloane in that year. I do not know who Esther's parents or siblings are and would appreciate any additional information someone might have on her.Mary [email protected] --------------------------------- Do you Yahoo!? 3. Joey; I too would love a copy of your Garrison file. I have several, but as my mom is connected to them via both parents, would love more. Thanks! 3. Jerry Johnston and Gary L. Tharp have World Connect files listing Hester/Esther (Garrison) Shipman as a daughter of Jonathan & Anna (Booth) Garrison http://worldconnect.genealogy.rootsweb.com/ Abraham & Phoebe (Matthews) Shipman were the only couple I know of with very close personal connections with all three of the men hung May 10, 1889 on the Ozark Square, following the trial of Bald Knobbers in connection with the Green/Edens deaths. As the father of Sarah (Shipman) Walker, Abraham was the father-in-law of David "Bull-Creek Dave" Walker and grandfather of William "Billy" Walker. As the daughter of John Andrew & Sarah (Weatherman) Mathews, Phoebe (Mathews) Sloane was the sister of John A. Mathews as well as the aunt of the fourth condemned man, Wiley Mathews who escaped.
