    1. [MOCHRIST] TeddyBear Virus is a HOAX !!!!!
    2. Check the antivirus websites (Norton or MacFee ) or do a search on names It is on all of them as a known hoax with ways to restore the file whis is a normal Windows file (JAVA Debugger only used by JAVA programmers) but is never used by anyone else and won't cause a problem if removed. The following is Copy / Paste from McAfee website: McAfee AVERT Labs would like to inform you of a new email HOAX.This email message is just a HOAX. Although, the JDBGMGR.EXE file may become infected by a number of valid viruses (most commonly <A HREF="http://vil.nai.com/vil/content/v_99040.htm">W32/[email protected]</A>), the details of this HOAX message are not based on actual events. We are advising users who receive the email to delete the message and DO NOT pass it on as this is how an email HOAX propagates.JDBGMGR.EXE is the Microsoft Debugger Registrar for Java. This application is only useful for Java developers and does not need to be restored on other user's systems. 1. [MOCHRIST] I found this virus teddy bear
    2. I received this message from a friend who had me on her list.  I followed the steps below, and sure enough I had the virus.  Sorry if this has caused any problems.     Julie   I am in a listserve and a virus has been passed to me..since you are in my address book you will probably find it in your computer too.  The virus (called jdbg.exe) is not detected by Norton or McAfee, the virus sits quietly for 14 days and then begins doing damage to your system.  It is sent automatically by messenger and by address book whether or not you sent an e-mail to your contacts.   Here is how to check for the virus and how to get rid of it.   1)  Go to Start, then click your "find" or "search:" option   2) In the folder option type the name jdbgmgr.exe   3) be sure to search your C drive and all the sub folders and any other drives you have   4) click "find now"   5)  The virus has a teddy bear icon with the name jdbgmgr.exe   6) Do not open it!   7)  go to Edit (on the menu bar) and choose "Select All" to highlight the file without opening it   8) go to "file" (on the menu bar) and select delete.  It will then go to the recycle bin.   If you find the virus you must contact all the people in your address book so that they may eradicate the virus from their own address books.    To do this   Open a new email message click the address book icon next to "TO" Highlight every name (use shift/a) Add to "BCC" Copy this message (control/C, then click on the space where you type your message and control/V) paste into and email

    1. [MOCHRIST] Nixa Photo's
    2. On this, I am needing to know if anyone can help me. I'm looking for photos. I'm trying to get as many as possible. Does anyone have any on the town of Nixa. I have talked with Wayne Glenn, but as he is an author too, he uses his photos that he has collected for his books. My main interest of a photo I'd like to find and use is of one on the old town of Nixa. The crossroads. Now, I know that no one may have a picture of the original crossroads site, but, if anyone has an old photo of what Main Street and Mt. Vernon looked like, I would be more than delighted as well as honored to use that photo as my cover. Or, if you have one of any of the businesses during that time in Nixa. All photo of businesses I would greatly appreciate any and everyone's help on this. I'm looking to send my book to my publisher either before or by mid August and it will be on the book shelf's by this Thanksgiving. All who contribute, I will be adding your name in my book, giving credit to you. Thanks so much. Michelle Fitzpatrick

    1. Re: [MOCHRIST] Merchant in Nixa - 1910?
    2. I have a current photo of main street, but I have not developed it yet because I still have about 8-10 more photos to take on it before I can. But as far as an original photo, that I don't have. Wish that I did though. But, I'm not from here. My husband is. Let me see what he has in his things and if I come across something to do with the old town, I'll let you know. Michelle

    3. Try contacting the Nixa library and see if there are city directories. I don't know for sure if there are but that is where I would start. --- [email protected] wrote: > My ancestor William Edward Mayabb is listed in the > 1910 census in Nixa as 37 > years old and occupation merchant.
