I need help finding information on various schools, which were located in Polk County Missouri. Does anyone know where Prairie School was located? I have a school class picture, which says on the back it was Feb. of 1913? I have been told that there use to be a Prairie school at Highway 13 and T around Bolivar, Mo. Does anyone know what school had a Mrs. Suns school class? The people listed on the back are Helen Mays, Mildred Bush Coon, Clesa Cook, Dorothy Hutchen, Mary Camp, Bony Johnson, Mamie Hood, and Pauline Sparks. (Spellings are as the back indicated) Since there are 9 people, I assume Mrs. Sun is one of the people shown. There is no date. I also have a picture of a class from Highpoint School in Jan. 25, 1917. Does anyone know where that school might have been located? I would also like to find out what school the children of Wishart Mo attended during the early to mid 1900s. If would also like to discuss the Cliquot community with someone. I dont think it was ever a town but I know we had some relatives in what was known as the Cliquot area. Does anyone have any information or class pictures on the North Ward School in Bolivar in the early to mid 1900s? I am hoping someone will recognize the names of the people or of the schools. My family is primarily found in Polk and Cedar counties. Any advice would be greatly appreciated.
