Hello: Re Miller marriages in Cedar County. I have copied down all of the marriage records for the Miller surname from 1845-1882 and no David C. Miller appears in the time frame you asked about. Only one David Miller appears and that was a marriage to Caroline McMillen in Sept. 1880. Please keep in mind that does not necessarily mean that the marriage did not take place in Cedar County. I have several family members that were married in Cedar County, but no marriage record exists for them. Deb Pirie
