My grandfather William Chism was born in TN and came to Cedar Co. MO as a young man. I have been told there is some connection to a "Marshall" family. He named his youngest son, my father, Marshall. I believe the story was he came by covered wagon to Cedar Co with the Marshall family. Did your Marshall's come from Tennessee. [email protected]
