Hello to the list, I have been told by other researchers that my gggrandparents: James Monroe CASH aka "Monroe" b. 1825 TN and Sarah Emiline FORD aka "Sallie" b. 1825-6 TN are not listed in the marriage books of Cedar Co. MO ca. 1848-50. They appear as man and wife in the 1850 Cedar Co. MO Census in Lynn Twsp. w/ son John E. Cash age 4 months. I am wondering if they might still be recorded and not be in any of the index's? Has anyone else found persons in the marriage's of Cedar for this time period who had not been recorded on whatever index's are used? Just wondering if I should still look for them in the marriage books even though they don't appear to be listed...or if anyone might have come across them. Thanks for any help. Sincerely, Chris Cash
