I am looking for a John William Anderson; born abt 1843; married Sarah E. Young, January 14, 1864; died November 24, 1873; all in Cedar County. They had three children John E - May 4, 1866; Louisa Jane - December 15, 1868; James Marion - March 21, 1872. Sarah married Hughey S. Hopkins after John's death. John William is found in the household of the Hubbard family in the 1850 census indicating that his parents may have been dead and "just maybe" Hubbard were grandparents.
