    3. Hi everyone, I just joined the list recently and thought I would send out a hello and little info on myself and my family. I must first tell you that I am very new to the Genealogy scene but I look forward to the fun and frustration that I have oft heard. I am of the Clark family that still survives today in Stockton, Missouri. Being that Stockton is in Cedar County I thought that this was a good place to start. My family lines are Clark, Bryson, Bass, Hopkins and Gilliland. The Bass and Hopkins lines are fairly well documented but the Clark and Bryson line have been a bit more difficult. My line of Clarks are the ones who owned the Grocery on the Square, the Phillips 66 in Stockton for many years. My Uncle Bill Clark moved the grocery to Humansville in the 70's. Also Adrain Clark was had never missed a Walnut Festival parade until the year that he became ill. He had always driven one of his restored Motor Cars in that parade. Let me provide a little on the Clark and Bryson lines and if anyone funs into any information it would be greatly appreciated. Michael Clark Gilliland, b. July 26,1964 - This is me Nancy Marie Clark, b. November 9, 1941 - My mother Adrain William Clark, b May 20, 1907 - d. Aug 19, 1980 - G Toleta Margaret Bryson, b March 23, 1911 - d. May 12, 1985 - G Hairse Madison Clark, b May 8, 1884 - d. April 27, 1932 - GG Mary Ellen Bass, b Sep 23, 1887 - d. July 8, 1978 - GG This is where I have not been able to get past. Ab Clark - ? - GGG Josie - ? GGG I have not been able to find any information on the parents of Hairse Madison Clark. He was born in Cedar County, near Stockton and died in Pittsburg, Kansas at Mt. Carmel Hospital. If someone may have information or do a lookup for Birth to see if I can make sure of the correct names of his parents who I believe are Ab Clark and Josie but can not say that with confidence. I appreciate any information that anyone might have and I look forward to the MOCEDAR list. Thanks, Michael

    3. Nice to have you on the list Michael. Are your Hopkins part of the Marshall clan that lived near Bear Creek and Fair Play?
