Wallis. I believe she is the same Emma Lindquist that is one of my ancestors. Her maiden name is Emma Caro (Carlow?), born in Jul 1970 in Nebraska to parents that immigrated from England via Canada? She married John Henry Lindquist, born in Jul 1862 in Sweden. Based on the 1900, 1910, 1920 Census they issued 8 to 12 children. The census data are ambiguous from 1900 to 1910. Their third child, Minnie Adelade Lindquist is my maternal grandmother. I have an obituary from my Grandmother's death 15 Nov 1942 that lists her mother as a survivor named Emma [Wallace] of Joplin, Mo.
