She told me it was of Henry Hubbard and Matilda Bland. I am also a decendant of Henry Hubbard via his first wife Mary Hopkins. Luther Smith Hubbard was my great-great grandfather so Henry was my great-great-great grandfather. I've attached a scan of the copy I have so the quailty isn't too great. If it looks like the Matilda you are familiar with then I can try to get a better scan for you. Please share any information you have with me on Henry and his family. It sounds like the document you have would be a great read.

Years ago (I would guess around 1960-61), your mother (I don't remember if your father was present because I was always facinated by Dad's cousin, Daisy Mae) and you children stayed overnight at our house in Ness City, Kansas while you were on vacation. I also have some memories of Harry at times when we visited Nevada and I believe we all went to his funeral as well. I am looking for death record for Eliza May who died 12-27-1935. I believe she died in Vernon Co as thats where she was in the 1930 census and she is also buried there as well. What I would like to try to find is her maiden name which should be listed on her death cert. We though we found her marriage license but the family had the wrong cert. Eliza married John W May but there is another JW May living in the same area and the family in Missouri somehow got the wrong marriage license. Its confusing. I always thought her last name was Robinson but now I don't know if thats because family had the wrong marriage license or what. My Eliza and John W were married in 1873 somewhere in the Cedar Co Missouri area but this other JW MAY married after 1880. Also if you could find their marriage record that would be great too. The wrong marriage license is JW MAy of Vernon Co and Nettie Robinson of Vernon Co on 11-7-87 and thats the one I already have. My Eliza and JW May were living in 1880 in Cedar Co Mo and had 3 children . Any help you could give me would be greatly appreciated. I am at a brick wall with this lady. Thanks Deb
