Kim, I am looking for Simson Hasting, and Adeline, around the 1850's to 1860's. Also my grandfather Clarence Hastings, and Laura Alice Brooks. Simson I believe was my gggrandfather. I know that they did migrate to Rose Hill Township also. I am also looking for Whisler, Wissler, Whistler. I know they were in That area. The Hasting, Hastings name is the one that I am having a difficult time with. I see on the 1860 Census in Rose Hill Township, Johnson County that there is a Simson, Adaline, Lenia L. and Eliza Mason listed.
