Hi! I am trying to find Richard Owsley who was adopted by James Cardwell Burford and Susan Burford nee Hubbard. They raised several children of relatives. Would anyone know if Richard Owsley is related to the Burfords or the Hubbards? He was born about 1870 in Illinois. His father was born in Kentucky and his mother in Illinois according to the 1880 census. He is the only one that I can't find anything on. Any help will be appreciated!
