List owner: I will apoligize to you for the reply that I am about to give and if you choose to unsubscribe me, so be it. Mam: It is remarks like your that scare newbies off of research. I usually let remarks like yours go but today I am replying to you. You really had no business making this remark on the list. You haven't walked in my shoes. I'm watching my son go through a deep depression that he might not make it back out of, my sister is losing her memory to alzheimers. So getting "slapped" online was not called for. I've explained to Jo why it didn't help me and you can read my reply online. All you newbies out there, not all researchers are like this. Good luck to all of you, maybe you will run into the ones who are willing to help you. Jo: As I explained to you James Madison is not my direct line. He is the brother of one ancestor and Eliza is the sister of an ancestor. What I am looking for is a death date for Eliza and also for anyone else who is researching either line. Thanks for the info that you sent me, it will be given to my cousin when I see her in August.
