I have recorded the BIERWIRTH name many times as we translate the German Trinity Lutheran Church records into English for a genealogy book to be printed in 2005. Today I found Rosa BIERWIRTH's baptism recorded in St. Mary's Catholic church records. It said: Rosalie E. BIERWIRTH born 22 Jan 1872 baptized 12 Feb 1872 Parents: Martin A. & Fanny Marg. (Oing) BIERWIRTH. Remember, people in 1872 wrote the phonetic way so OWENS came out as Oing. I have a lot more information - even Martin A. Bierwirth's obit from the Southeast Missorrian.
