Surnames: Lingle & Sitter Classification: Marriage Message Board URL: http://boards.ancestry.com/mbexec/msg/rw/2JB.2ACE/424 Message Board Post: I was wondering if anyone could tell me the easiest way to find a marriage license for someone who might have been married in that county. I do not know their wedding date or if they were married in the county. I do know that in the 1930 Census they were both still single and I do know the date of their first born child. They lived in Illinois but may have made a day trip to get married there. Alot of people from the area they lived in went over to Cape Girardeau County to get married during that time period. Any help would be greatly appreciated. Also I am unable to travel to Cape Girardeau County being that I live many states away. Thanks again for any help.
