I'm having trouble with Ancestry. I was having the same trouble with hanging everthing up trying to scan census. I wrote them an e mail but they didn't respond. The census thing has cleared up somewhat but it's really hard even getting pages to open. I had my computer checked and was told no problem there. Most other sites work good for me so I have to believe it's not my computer. It's a shame they don't even respond to a problem and try to fix it. They have no trouble accepting your money and right on the ball when it's time to renew! Ancestry has so much information I hate to drop them, but if you can't get access it's not worth it. I didn't know if anyone else was having the problem or it was just me. Norma
