You just bet I am. Then I found out that they were charging my credit card for things I didn't want or in areas that I wasn't even researching. Then to top things off, just try and cancell your membership with them, what a mess that was and I'm still not sure that it's done correctly. The census thing has cleared up somewhat but it's really hard even getting pages to open. I had my computer checked and was told no problem there. Most other sites work good for me so I have to believe it's not my computer. It's a shame they don't even respond to a problem and try to fix it. They have no trouble accepting your money and right on the ball when it's time to renew! Ancestry has so much information I hate to drop them, but if you can't get access it's not worth it.
