I believe I go back to the early Watkins to come to Cape Co and settle at Neelys Landing. There was a John C & William Watkins, I descend from William. I am finding out if you were in Neelys landing mid 1800s you probably are connected to most of the people there. It was a small place on Mississippi River and the young people had to pick mates from just the few other families. Like to hear from you.
