The land that was used for the cemetery is now being used for fill dirt. Not all of the burials were removed, because there were several instances of human bones being found on that land in the 1980's and 1990's. Most of the burials were moved to Mount Olivet, some were moved to other cemeteries. Volunteers have been doing a census of markers at Mt. Mora to try to rebuild the information base on some of the older burials at Mt. Mora. I do not know if there was an earlier loss of information on burials at Mt. Olivet. The Northwest Missouri Genealogical Society in St. Joseph may have some information on burials in Calvary or burials moved from Calvary to Mt. Olivet.
