Daniel's parents were Daniel Beeler and Mary Margaret Sharristy or Sharets and Ibbie's parents were David Morton and Nancy Catherine James. Nancy Catherine's father was a John JAMES (try researching a James line and you will have a MAJOR headache-ha). We have been searching for David Morton's parents for over 50+ years. Very frustrating, but I believe our Morton line is related to the Blount County, TN Morton line who hails from the Samuel Morton and Ann Holton Wallace line from Mecklenburg/Buncombe County, NC area.

While searching for a Catherine (Schoch) Rapp Thomas in Missouri we first found a Katherine (Thomas) Banty and investigated her to make sure she was not the person we were looking for. Part of the research included her death certificate and of her marriage license application and return. Not wanting the information we found to go to waste I thought I'd post it here in case anyone is looking for this Katherine Thomas.
