A Waley he listed Rebecca Jane Swigart (mother)asnearest relative. They lived at 902 No 2 St Joseph Buchanan Mo. his employer was at 313 W? Augusta in St Joseph. His description was Height Tall Build Stout Eyes Blue Hair Brown. He registered on 12 Sep 1918 in St Joseph.
