Am most interested in the Northwest Missouri Psychiatric Rehabilitation Center in St Joseph. My grandmother died of Tubercolisis in late 1910s, early 1920s in Missouri. Do you reckon they'd have her death record. I have written the Missouri Health Department, and they could find nothing. I know back in the early 1920s there were sanitariums for tubercolisis, but have found nothing there either. I am at my wits end looking for her. Her name was Rozella "Zella" Collins, bn: 1877 in Doniphan KS..Thanks Trish
