I don't like their new setup---can't seem to reach anything I need and no way to get back to the beginning of each session without going all the way out. I have a grandfather, Michael Schagh, whom I've traced back to a Josef with a few variations of name spellings. I orginally traced him back to a Jacob in Estschka and then figured out I had the wrong parents, etc. and ended up with a different brother. There were other names in the family such as Dominic, Mathias, Anton, Johan,Nikolaus, George, Franz, Peter but alas no Henry or Heinrich. A researcher on the Banat List tells me that the name came from Lorraine and he spelled it JACQUES. It seems awful far fetched in spelling but he sticks by it. I see that you list him as born in Hungary, Zichydorf?? that is where Michael came from before he went to Canada and then to Minnesota.
