Thank you, yes I do have the civil war information about Amos. Because of my Cox side of the family being my g-grandmother Cora Lucy Cox married James Ritchie the brother of Margaret Ritchie that married William Riley Bledsoe.........I was fortunate to find my 4th g-grandparents Joseph Cox and wife Sarah's graves. Cora Cox was the dau of Joseph Cox and Sarah Cox (his 1st wife) and also his 1st cousin. Joseph was the son of Jonathan Cox and Ann Oldham and Jonathan's parents are Joseph and Sarah. This sounds a bit long and drawn out.....have lived and grown up by KCI airport. Used to drive I-29 to St Joe for years. Was amazed to find a cousin on line and learn where the Cox family was buried .......is abandoned and headstones just propped up..........but they were buried on their farm which is right on the Buchanan co. and Platte co. line and right to the west of I-29. They were buried there as early as 1848....many of them up until 1865........I posted on Find A Grave as the Cox Family and is in Crawford twp., Buchanan co., Mo. It has never been listed anywhere and is on the Baker farm in a grove of trees.....you would never know a cem. was there. Is just a thought ....is possible maybe the same happened to your Jesse Bledsoe??? ************************************** Get a sneak peek of the all-new AOL at http://discover.aol.com/memed/aolcom30tour
