According to the obit of his wife Sciota (Neighbors) Reynolds in 1964, he was a police lieutenant in St. Joseph for 40 years. He is buried in Mt. Zion Cemetery in Clinton Co., MO, but I believe he probably died in Buchanan Co. as that is where his wife died. Any help greatly appreciated.
