Hello Listers, I am new here and looking for information on Cassius Connelly. He lived in the County about 1865. That year or the year before he went to Douglas Co., KS and married Carry (Caroline)McKenzie 30 May 1865. She died 2 years later living a daughter Cornelia 'Nellie'. On the marriage record Cassius said he was from St. Joseph and I have no other record of him. I have found a few Conley's in Douglas Co. but nothing that connects to Cassius. Any one have info that might help. Thanks for your time John __________________________________________________ Do You Yahoo!? Tired of spam? Yahoo! Scott thank you for checking. Someone did send me the funeral notice for Mark, but not a complete obit. A complete obit may not have been published. Yes I did have Masoners marry into the Kendall line. Maggie Kendall married David H. Masoner in 1884 and they apparently divorced before 1910. Also Sarah Catherine Kendall married John F. Masoner in 1888. Sarah was the daughter of Henry Kendall and I believe but haven't tried to prove it that Maggie was a sister to Sarah. David and John were brothers and the sons of William Masoner and Isabella Guinn. I have information on both those families if you need it. I don't have a death date for Maggie though. Jean, I couldn't locate the obituary at Newsbank's America's Obituaries and Death Notices online. Let us know if you find it. If not I may be able to look for it the next time I go to the library. Did your Masoner family marry into the Kendall family of Clinton County, MO?
