I am trying to find MacFarlane's. My granddad was suppose to have been born in St. Joseph in 1890. John Kenneth MacFarlane 23 Oct 1890. I can't find who his parents were. They were from Scotland from what little I can find. John was married in Pueblo, CO and died in Price, UT but I can't trace his parents or proof he was born in St Joseph. his draft record says so but I also have Nebraska and Joplin. Can you find any MacFarlanes in your book? Important Note: The author of this message may not be subscribed to this list. Hayes and Donald I. Hayes are living with her and George Ingram. George is listed as a bartender and he is 15 years younger than her. George was born in 1883 in NE, and Martha was born in 1868 in Johnson Co, IA. What I want to know is if Joseph Lewis Hayes died in Buchanan Co, MO and is buried there. Does anyone have a cemetery book for Buchanan Co and could look it up. I cannot find him buried in Colorado. Thanks for any help!! Studio in Mt. Pleasant, Iowa. The photograph appears to have been taken in the 1880's with Margaret likely in her 20's at the time it was taken. In addition to her name someone appears to have also written a name (PICKERING) and address (Box 456 ? 98065) on the back of the photograph. Based on limited research and thanks to the assistance of some family researchers I know the following regarding Margaret and her husband: Margaret STONEHOCKER b. 22 Nov 1851 in Harrison, OH to parents John STONEHOCKER (b. 24 Oct 1814 in Jefferson Co., OH) and Mary PEW (b. 1816 in OH). She married Andrew Magee BILLINGSLEY (b. 27 May 1851 in Harrison Co., OH to parents Samuel Kirke BILLINGSLEY and Rebecca Fessler KNIGHT) on 28 Mar 1880 in Salem, IA. There is some indication that they may have had a child, Clyde BILLINGSLEY b. in the 1880's which died at birth or a very young age. Her husband Andrew died 21 Mar 1913 in Texico, NM and in 1920 Margaret was a widow living with her nephew, Harlan M. LAMM in Carleton, NE. Margaret died 11 Nov 1922.
