May 7, 1959 Funeral services were held at 2:00 p.m. Saturday at the Lutheran Church in Sedgewickville for Emmerson Seabaugh, 73 year old retired farmer, who died Thursday at the family home near Sedgewickville. Rev. Fred A. Heckathorn, pastor of the church conducted the rites and burial was in the church cemetery. Mr. Seabaugh, a son of the late Mr. and Mrs. Logan Seabaugh, was born May 4, 1885 near Sedgewickville where he spent his entire life. In 1910 he was married to Miss Nancy Jane Seabaugh, who survives. Mr. Seabaugh was active in the Sedgewickville Lutheran Church and community affairs. He is also survived by two sons, Woodrow W. Seabaugh, who is circuit clerk of Cape Girardeau County and Capt. Millford Seabaugh of Topeka, Kansas; two daughters, Mrs. Robert C. Friedrick and Mrs. Glenn Williams of Jackson, eight grandchildren and one great grandchild.
