He was born Aug. 20, 1937 at Zalma, son of Hobert and Rosetta Davis Mouser. Mouser was a 1954 graduate of Zalma High School and served in the U.S. Air Force. Survivors include a son, Staff Sgt. Rodney Mouser of Fort Eustis, Va.; two brothers, Elwood Mouser of Marble Hill and Doyle Mouser of Cape Girardeau; and two grandchildren, Amber and Rodney Jacob Mouser. He was preceded in death by three brothers. Hutchings Funeral Chapel in Marble Hill was in charge of arrangement. Funeral service was conducted by Rev. Bob Porter. Burial was in Baker Cemetery near Marble Hill.
