I hope someone on the list can help me out with land records. I have just read a film from LDS "Bollinger Co. MO Deeds 1852-1870. I didn't find any of the deeds I was expecting to find. The CHEEK family was there since around 1812; I have located some records from BLM. I know the courthouse burned a couple of times; were some of the land records lost. Also, if I have the original gov. grant is it possible to trace the chain of title and see when it was sold? Thanks for your help. Stephanie in Oregon
