Mary Ann Smith Dec 21, 1933 Mary Ann McGregor Vance Smith was born in Benton, KY, Feb. 16, 1888 and died at her home in Glen Allen, MO, Dec. 17, 1933, aged 65 years, 10 months, and 7 days. She had suffered for some time from a kidney ailment. She had been confined to her bed for five weeks. Mrs. Smith is survived by her husband, R. Smith of Glen Allen, and one daughter and two sons, who are Ruth Myers of Vandueser, Walter Vance of Glen Allen, and Benton Vance of Sedgewick, ARK. She is also survived by three stepdaughters and two stepsons, who are, Artie Lawrence, of Bessville, Orilla French and Bessie Rhodes, both of Des Moines, Iowa, Lewis Smith of Glen Allen, and Lee Smith of Shawnee, OK. She is also survived by five sisters, one brother, 23 grandchildren, 3 great-grandchildren, 3 step-grandchildren and 2 step-great-grandchildren. She united with the Friendship Church of Grassy, MO in 1905, and was a member of that church the remainder of her life. Helen L.
