Found a James Monroe COOK b. 6-12-1845, d. 5-14-1916 buried in Stephens Cemetery near Marquand MO, Bollinger County. In the cemetery record I found it says that he is the nephew of Thomas COOK...I believe this means Thomas b. 1820 s/o George & Anna LIMBAUGH Cook. Anyone know who James Monroe's parents are?
