    3. Hi, Bettye, I do not know who added the dates to J. A. Russell's tombstone or how gave the data to the newspaper, you may check the Bollinger County Archives for a probate or will record. Sometimes they give the death date. It may be helpful to check the 1900 census of the area where he was living then for the birth month and year. I will check the Bollinger County 1900 census and if I find anything, I will let you know.
