Beverly Park Peavler Since it was a cash sale, I doubt any more info exists beyond the details listed by the Bureau of Land Mgmt. However since Benton Co was not created until 1835 I was curious, and discovered the one patent listed by the BLM search results menu as 1834 is a typo: When the certificate image is viewed, you will see the date was 1 April 1843, same as the other three certificates that date.
