Cole Camp Courier, June 6, 1928 Obituary Edwin Marven Henry, son of Mr. and Mrs. Ernest Haase was born March 3, 1927, and died Thursday night, June 21, at 7 o'clock. He was laid to rest Friday afternoon in Mt. Hulda cemetery. He reached the age of 1 year, 3 months and 18 days. His ailings were whooping cough and bronchitis. He leaves to mourn his parents, Mr. and Mrs. Ernest Haase, and one brother, Ralph, both grandmothers and one great grandmother. The pallbearers were Emil Bruns, Lawrence Schumacher, Albert and Lawrence Haase. The Rev. W. Petzold preached the funeral sermon basing his remarks on the text Ps.16.6: "The lines are fallen unto me in pleasant places, yea, I have a goodly heritage." rwbrauer@iland.net
