May have mistakes Cole Camp Courier June 28, 1984, Pg. 4 HERBERT E. STEFFENS Herbert E. Steffens of Lincoln, died at 10:50 p.m. Thursday, June 21, 1984, at Bothwell Hospital, Sedalia. He was born January 19, 1919, in Lincoln, son of John W. and Carrie Mueller Steffens. On September 18, 1941, he married Leona Kreisler, who survives of the home. Mr. Steffens, who was a farmer, had been a resident of Lincoln and Ionia for many years. He was a member of Zion Lutheran Church, Lincoln. Other survivors include his father, John W. Steffens, Cole Camp. Funeral services were held at 2 p.m. Sunday at the church with the Rev. Marvin Ulmer oficiating. Burial was in the church cemetery. rwbrauer@iland.net
