Mo Queries Reply Here: http://genconnect.rootsweb.com/gc/USA/Mo/Benton/11161 Surname: Dawson, Roll ------------------------- My ggrandparents were George W.Dawson b.1856 Mo.and Mary Elizabeth Roll Dawson b.1862 Il.children were Lawernce b.1882 Mo.,Oscar b.1888 Mo.,Myrtle b.1894 Mo.,Albert b.1897 Mo.,and Willie b.1900 Mo. I have found this on the 1900 MO.Soundex.There were two other children born after this,Irene(on info) and Edward Carl b.1906. William CLarence(Willie)Dawson was my grandfather and he told me that Albert and Irene(Rene) died in childhood from eating snow that had rat poison in it and that they lived on the "Old Emglish Place"near Warsaw,Mo.Not long after the children died the family moved to Pueblo,Colo.and when George Dawson died he was taken back to Mo.to be buried near Centertown,Mo.I have info on the other Dawson children and the Roll line but am trying to find the line of George Dawson.If you have come across any of these folks in your research I would be happy to share what I have with you on the other children and there families.Thank you.
