My great-grandmother was Rachel Ellen Sumner. In 1875, she married Noah (Bohr) Bohrn in Benton County, Missouri. Rachel's daughter, my grandmother, always said we were related to the Brown family...but don't know if this came through the Bohr or Borhn family or from the Sumner (or some variation of that spelling). What do you know about the Sumner or Summers that were in or around Benton County about 1875? I would very much like to communicate with you.
