    2. This is a Message Board Post that is gatewayed to this mailing list. Classification: Query Message Board URL: http://boards.ancestry.com/mbexec/msg/an/SMB.2ACI/1345 Message Board Post: Could someone be so kind as to help, and/or offer advise. William Haythornewhite, and family(Ellen-wife, Henry-son, Amelia-dau, elisabeth-dau), emmigrated from England. William recieved land patent in 1860, for swne 22/40-n/22-w in Benton Co. 1860 census shows in Jail for 1st degree murder. Checked on this but nothing conclusive in court record other than he was actually supposed to stand trial. (He was a physician). I believe Elisabeth married James Hudgens in Phelps Co abt 1868. 1870 Arkansas census has William and son Henry. Don't know when, where, what happen to wife-Ellen. Are there any existing newspapers or records, naturalization on file that might help me trace this family? Thank You. cjfk@ruraltel.net.
