My dads name is Albert Suiter from Harper, Mo. My grandmother's maiden name on my mother's side was Edeth Cross, Czerenna Cross was her sister. So she and her husband Martin Suiter were my great aunt and uncle. My mother calls them aunt Rena and uncle Mart. My mother is still living and is 83 years old and her name is Allie Margureite (Johnson) Suiter.She is in a nursing home here in Junction City, Kansas and her mind is still pretty sharp at times. My dad passed away 3 years ago at the age of 92 and is buried here also.I have heard her talk about Copenhavers and the Ripitoes also. My grandpa Suiter is buried in the Suiter Cemetary in Benton County.His name was William Charles Suiter and my grandmothers name was Lillie Mae (Tully) Suiter.They had 5 children Etta, Earl,Albert,my dad, Hershal and Edna. The only one still living is Edna , she! is in a nursing home in Kansas. I have all here childrens names if you are interested..I have 2 other sisters also.I have been trying to find information about my dads father and mothers family. If you can help me in any I would appreciate any information you might have. I don't know anything about my dad's family since my grandpa Suiter died when my dad was only 12 years old. He did'nt remember anything. My grandma Suiter would'nt give us any information. I know Aunt Rena's brothers and Sisters names if that would help you at all. Aunt Rena, Lizzie, Katy,Sally, Elva,Ruth, Allie,Jim,Richard,and Edeth which was my grandmother. I will try to find more information from my mom for you .     2. A week or so ago, I had the "Gateway" that copied Message Board posts to this list turned off, as it was difficult to identify them, and many were replies to some old query. They have now restored identity similar to the old system, so I have requested the gateway be turned back on.
