Biser, Tuesday afternoon, died Wednesday morning. Burial was made at the Hume cemetery, Wednesday afternoon. The father and mother have the sympathy of the entire community in their hour of sorrow and trouble. Hume Border Messenger, April 13, 1916, pate 3 column 4. NOTES: This baby’s name was Erma Louise Biser. She is buried in a plot with a sister, Rosemary, next to their parents in the Hume Cemetery. Rosemary Biser Dead Rosemary, the 13-months-old daughter of Mr. and Mrs. W. R. Biser died Monday night, after an illness of two months, during which time she suffered untold pain and sickness. Short funeral services were held at the home Tuesday afternoon by Rev. R. N. Jones and burial was made in the Hume Cemetery. She was a loving child with a beautiful disposition, and sad are the hearts of her mother, father, sisters and brother to give her up. The all wise and loving Father called her young life to her home in Heaven. The bereaved parents have the sympathy of all in their sorrow. Hume Border Messenger, March 11, 1920, page 3 column 2. NOTES: According to the death certificate, the cause of death in this child was typhoid pneumonia.
