My father, Samuel M Wilmoth, was born on Sept. 7, 1882 in Butler, MO. His parents were Joseph Francis Wilmoth and Mary Elizabeth Warnock. I need to obtain some record of this birth, either an entry in a publication -- a published history or records of the county -- or a copy of a birth record or certificate, if one exists.
