Their daughter Malinda married my gg-grandfather Abner Bryant, Captain in the MO. State Guard, CSA. They lived in Pleasant Gap, Bates Co. very near her parents. After Abner lost his life in the Battle of Lone Jack, Malinda with her children returned to Pulaski Co. KY where both she and Abner were born. Eventually she moved to Navarro Co.
