Hi I would be interested in hearing about your Bledsoe line. My husband is from the Indiana branch of the Bledsoes. His ancestor is Ptolemy Bledsoe to Lewis Allen Bledsoe to William Bledsoe to Edward bledsoe (my husbands grandfather). The family migrated from Orange Cty Indiana to Fort Scott Kansas (across the border from Bates and Vernon Ctys Mo). They later moved on to Holly Colorado. They family later settled in Idaho and Washington State.
