Her John Dake Long married Martha Jane Dennis and they had 14 children. Her great-gandmother was a daughter of Mary Alice Long who married James Calvin Means. John Dake Long was a son of John Dake and Lavina (Bellah) Long. He was a brother to my great-great grandfather, George Long. Her James Calvin Means was a son of Robert and Polly (Ferguson) Means.
