Jane My Davidson line came to Barry Co. about 1854. This family was from Levi Davidson of Perry Co., TN. (1799-1851). I don't know who Levi's parents were. Levi Davidson apparently was married three times. The first family consisted of Alvoree and Josiah Davidson. Alvoree was in Christian County. Josiah in Barry County. Josiah married to Elizabeth Caroline DePriest. There was also a Rachel Davidson who was married to George A. Dabbs. Rachel died in 1854 and was buried in Perry Co. His second family was Cyrus and Abraham. Cyrus was my great-grandfather. His last wife was Sarah Lamberson Davidson and she had: Letsy, Mary (Polly), John, Levi, Thomas, Mary, Nancy and Ann. I think there is a connection to William J. and Rhoda Keeling Davidson, but I have been unable to find it. If you want any more informataion, let me know.
