Hi! Kathy: My Elizabeth Ann Hall born 1833 in TN married John B. Kring born 1828 in Salt Lick, Menifee Co., KY. I have letters from her and him to their 3rd child George Washington Kring who lived in Barry Co. He was my great grandfather. Her father was supposedly Robert Hall born 1811 in GA died after 1880 in MO. He married Mary ? born 1814 in NC and died after 1880 in MO. They were in the 1880 census in Barry Co. Besides Elizabeth Ann, they had a son James born 1836. This is the extent of my Hall line. I cannot verify that Robert was indeed her father. I have not been able to find any other siblings of Elizabeth Ann or any aunts or uncles on either side. I believe that they went from GA to TN and then to KY and landed in Barry Co. Any ideas?
