    3. List Readers: It has been busy here with a lot of this and that going on. And a big thanks to Judy Corcoran who sent us a Bethel School photo. This is a nice clear photo and is in good shape, too. Her grandmother, Mabel Lee, who married Lawrence Haddock is pictured in the photo. I bet some of you will find people in this one that you recognize, too. If so, please let us know. http://www.rootsweb.com/~mobarry/schoolbook/bethel.school.htm Our thanks to Darla Marbut who added a cemetery photo for Munsey for Lawrence Priest a few days ago. I don't know if I told you about this one or not. http://www.rootsweb.com/~mobarry/cemetery/munsey/munsey.htm Our thanks to Bill Sanders who sent us a photo for Vineyard for the Sanders surname. Darla said it must have been one she missed when she did the photos for that cemetery. Anyway - we have it now. http://www.rootsweb.com/~mobarry/cemetery/vineyard/vineyard.htm Bill Landers sent us a note on Gowen family that I added to the Harbin page. Thanks, Bill. http://www.rootsweb.com/~mobarry/rocksprings/harbin.htm Frances Albert sent us a correction to the Purdy 1894 school photo and I have that information corrected. This is really a nice photo. I see some faces in that one that I've seen before, but I can't seem to put names with them - anyway not just yet. I worked on the page so you can see the faces better. Let me know if you see people you know. Thanks for all you do, Frances. http://www.rootsweb.com/~mobarry/schoolbook/schools/1894.purdy.htm The biggest surprise of all is a photo one from Judy Corcoran who sent us of Charles Haddock, Sr. It is a tin type, badly damaged, but the image can still be seen. This photo was probably taken not long before Charles died in 1859. I heard about this photo many years ago but didn't know who had it or if it was still in existence or not. The story I heard was that Charles wanted to have his picture taken with his metals before he died. The tin type photo came into being around 1856 and he died in 1859 so this really dates the photo for us. This is a family treasure - one we are glad to see. Thanks so very much, Judy, for sharing with us. http://www.rootsweb.com/~mobarry/photos/photoalbum2/haddock.ch1.htm I added several new photos to the photo book - most were for the Long and Haddock family, but there were a few others, too. In the last couple of days I added over 50 new photos, so you might want to take a look and see if there is anything there that interest you. Also there were some from Judy Corcoran and from her submissions. http://www.rootsweb.com/~mobarry/photos/photoalbum2/phs2.1.htm http://www.rootsweb.com/~mobarry/photos/photoalbum2/phs2.2.htm We have confirmations on the Pioneer Canning Photo names that I have posted so I thought you'd like to know about that. My grandparents on the Haddock side are pictured in this photo, Sam and Gertie (Addington) Haddock. This photo was taken in 1923 or 1924 - and I really think probably 1924. Alice Allen submitted the photo a few days ago and you can see it at this link. If you see anyone you recognize, please let me know. The older man on the right with the overalls on might be from the Wood family. Anyone know? http://www.rootsweb.com/~mobarry/pioneer/canning.factory.htm Donna Cooper
